Join us to disrupt the hair extension market’s control
and offer direct solutions.
We developed a direct supply model and created a system that enhances your chances of competing fairly within the Asian hair extensions industry, aiming to break the U.S. hair extensions monopoly and empower buyers.
Once implemented, our system will connect the right buyers to our hair extensions, supporting our company’s strategy to capture market share rather than simply making sales.
Between 2015 and 2020, we developed a system to help U.S. hair extension importers compete fairly in a market dominated by monopolies. COVID-19 has necessitated a pause, delaying the launch of our system to a future date. Now we are ready to launch and release some of our findings, but not the solution as of yet, and we will explain why. That investment cost us over $250,000, excluding salaries and benefits. We share these industry insights to empower change, even if gatekeepers resist. Here is a summary of what we learned over a 5-year period. We have since adjusted our business model accordingly based on these findings.
Find a Hair Extension Supplier That Has a Solution to Keep You in Business. The Hair Extension Club’s system challenges the monopoly, creating fair access for independent sellers. We are trying to attract serious individuals with the necessary resources to bring our full system to market and capture new market share.
What is their plan to help you compete against the current monopoly? Demand clear answers and strategies. Why do you see people selling hair extensions locally on Facebook or Instagram for a few months to a year, and then suddenly stop?
It’s called having NO PLAN and NO SOLUTION to deal with the current monopoly. They didn’t have a plan, and the supplier providing them with the product had no plan in place. Establishing teams and networks is a key strategy for controlling the U.S. market in the hair extension business. The monopoly works because the people in the network are working and sticking together. These networks already have an established supplier to support their supply chain.
That means in today’s market, the only people available to do this business are all independent and not a part of the established, monopolized network that exists in the U.S. market. Most stores controlling local markets already have stable suppliers and support systems, making them unlikely to switch to new suppliers, even with better offers. They remain loyal to their network, often refusing better offers to maintain their winning team.
Why do so many people only want to sell hair extensions out of the back of their car trunks? Most people selling hair extensions don’t plan to expand through loans or partnerships; instead, they prefer to sell out of their cars. A few people have found success selling hair extensions this way, but most who try to follow their example end up quitting instead because they couldn’t achieve the same success that others achieved by selling hair extensions in this manner. As a result, rather than opening a store, they simply quit the hair extension business altogether.
Undercapitalization explains buyers’ hesitance to support small, independent vendors. We’ll demonstrate how this leads to business closure from various perspectives. Many independent hair extension companies have limited stock of hair extensions, forcing clients to place orders that take 2 weeks to arrive.
During our 5-year research in the USA, we found that over 90% of people planning to sell hair extensions were not aiming to operate on a large scale, nor were they seeking significant loans or investments to open official stores. When we refer to official beauty supply stores, we mean large, 8,000-10,000 square foot stores stocked to the ceiling with products. These stores are the standard and hold significant market share in the U.S. If your aim is not to open such stores, you’re not truly competing but instead seeking quick profits.
Most hair extension vendors who do not plan to scale up choose to import low-quality hair extensions because it benefits them financially.
We will detail this in a moment. They do not aim to maintain significant inventory or treat the business as a serious, long-term investment. When clients request different combinations of hair extensions, vendors with no stock must order everything and tend to push bundles that benefit them financially. As a result, you don’t receive a complete collection, unlike stores, and you may have to wait weeks for a lower-grade product. Vendors operating in this manner can initially rely on friends and family, but without scaling, support eventually fades, and the business often shuts down.
The industry profits from selling low-quality hair extensions that prompt repeat sales, harming buyer trust. For stores, this business model is advantageous due to their significant overhead costs and the substantial investments required to operate almost every day of the week. What remains unclear—and we will analyze this—is why part-time hair extensions vendors do not offer clients the best quality hair extensions available, especially since they have minimal overhead without a storefront or staff.
In the following example, we will use a person who wants to start a hair extensions business and has a total of $10,000.00 to purchase hair extensions, excluding shipping costs.
The bundle set would cost you $147.00
That’s $49.00 for each 30” bundle.
You can purchase 204 Bundles.
That’s a total of 68 sets.
If you sold them as a set for $300.00 for 3 bundles,
That’s $153.00 in profits for each set.
That’s a total of $10,404.00 in profits minus the shipping.
The bundle set would cost you $231.00
That’s $77.00 for each 30” bundle.
You can purchase 129 Bundles.
That’s a total of 43 sets.
If you sold them as a set for $300.00 for 3 bundles.
That’s $69.00 in profits for each set.
That’s a total of $2,967.00 in profits minus the shipping.
Most sellers prioritize profit over quality, as better products often mean lower margins. By choosing our high-quality hair extensions, you can slowly build your business and have repeat clients.
We are currently not releasing our solution until you identify a sufficient number of serious buyers who are genuinely committed to changing current market conditions. If you are interested in proceeding, please focus on finding buyers who intend to open larger storefronts, not just those treating this business as a side hustle. Our new system will reveal and support serious buyers for real change. We’ll launch a podcast to create market awareness and drive our mission forward.
When we worked on this project before, we used to host 1-2 hour long online seminars and meetings about it, and what we noticed was that a few people were trying to launch a hair extensions business on their own, using some of our ideas after speaking with us. This time, when we release it, we will ensure that we receive all the credit for ourselves. One person had taken a trip to China and returned, using some of our ideas to create a new business model for their company. But when the idea isn’t yours and not much has been explained, then you can’t execute the plan because you don’t know it.
People want you to think that somehow, if they fly to China or India, that suppliers here are going to put you in a position to be able to put their countrymen out of business who are doing the same business in your country. Just because you hop on a plane and fly over doesn’t mean that you have found the holy grail.
That’s because, really, you are an outsider flying into different Asian countries, thinking someone is about to put you on, is not going to happen in this business. Now, there are foreign business people in these countries who have been present for 10 years or more, and some have truly integrated and established themselves in the country, becoming part of the local culture. We have a person like this in our company, and we will explain a bit more about him in our core team section when we explain what makes us different and why you should run with the Hair Extensions Club.
Think about it, in the USA, Asian owned business owners are not talking to non-Asians about their business, like how they started, or who is supplying them. None of them is going to explain to you how to run Beauty Supply Stores, All-You-Can-Eat Buffets, Wings Shops, and Hibachi restaurants, to name a few of the successful ventures that they are commonly invested in. None of them are going to give you the blueprint or invite you to the team that they spent years successfully setting up and dominating in the U.S market. The Asians who founded the business at its inception, most of whom are no longer living, have passed it down to their children. For those who don’t understand this, you are asking them to break their system of generational wealth.
A significant portion of the raw material, which is hair, originates from Asia and is also processed here. Now, when you look at some African nations, a lot of their raw materials are exported out of the country and processed in Europe. Doing this causes countries to lose a significant amount of money, and this is a contentious issue in certain African nations, with the youth protesting in some nation-states. Asians will always be major players and successful in this business; you just need to determine which Asian supplier you want to do business with.
When you contact hair extension suppliers in China or any other country in Asia, you will likely speak with an agent from a factory or the factory itself. Everyone has their own prices and quality standards; there is no industry standard.
Here’s what you can expect if you travel to Asia to find suppliers for hair extensions, hair bags, or clothing.
Some companies offer organized trips to China to meet suppliers for $10,000.00. It’s important to understand how this business model can be misleading. Once you arrive in China, you can visit one city and find more than 500 hair extension suppliers scattered throughout the city.
This situation isn’t unique to hair extensions; it applies to many products manufactured in China. On your first day, you’ll start searching for suppliers and planning meetings, not realizing there are over 500 options waiting for you. The person who sold you the $10,000.00 package is aware of this, but they didn’t fully explain it so you’d understand just how overwhelming it can be. Now, let’s paint a picture so you can see it clearly. On Day 1, you landed in China, and you plan to go all in tomorrow on Day 2. The plan you have laid out for yourself, whether you come alone or with a guide, is to visit and meet with various suppliers. The first meeting is at 9am and the last meeting is at 7pm. These are your work times for the next eight days while you are in China. Normally, you’d need at least 30 minutes for each supplier meeting. But in this example, let’s say you only have 10 minutes to quickly introduce yourself, grab a brochure, and collect a business card.
Let’s break down the numbers. If you meet six suppliers an hour, that’s 48 in a day, and over eight days, you’ll meet a lot of people.By the end of the eighth day, you’ll have 384 business cards and brochures. Plus, you’ll be surrounded by so many products that it’s easy to get distracted—and that’s not even counting everything else you’ll encounter. Imagine a package of 500 sheets of printing paper, and you know how thick that is. Now, take away 116 sheets from that stack. That’s how much supplier information you have collected.
Now imagine that each of the neat stacks of papers represents a supplier with whom you had a meeting. Now, tell me how many conversions you can read from this huge list of contacts?
By Day 3, after meeting so many suppliers, you’ll start to second-guess the conversations you had on your first day. Confusion will start to set in, and you will try to recall what made each supplier unique or what distinguished one from another. You’ll start to feel confused, trying to remember what made each supplier unique or what set one apart from another, because you will have an entire back page full of catalogs and business cards of suppliers to sort through, and after all of the meetings and everyone telling you what you want to hear, now you will have to.
Losing $10,000 is a big setback. That money could have been used to purchase products. It does not make sense to pay someone $10,000 to advise your company if they do not have real connections in China. For example, we recently worked with a client from Africa who imported containers of motor oil, but his shipment arrived with fewer than the quantity he ordered. The client told us that if we could help him recover his money, he would bring all his business to us. He had a contract, and we are now close to recovering his funds because we have the right resources. Our legal team intervenes when necessary. Does your advisor have a plan if your goods arrive and they are not what you expected?
One of our former clients from New York had us ship him some products on credit, but he failed to make the payment. Someone from our company flew from China to New York, sued him, and obtained a judgment against him and his company, now totaling over $605,000.00. We can provide this information to serious clients only. You can access all court records online.
We believe it is essential to share these ideas with our clients, as new technology and AI have made deception more prevalent. What makes us different is that our results are real and proven. Buyers, especially those far from China and dealing with large shipments, need to be careful about whom they trust. Let’s return to the $10,000.00 trip to China business model. We would like to share one final point about this approach from our perspective. In our view, the individuals overseeing these programs are not providing genuine value. At first, I thought it would be easy to come to China, find a supplier, and start making money. This can happen, but only if you take the time to find the right company for a long-term partnership. These people run tour guide programs. When I first arrived in China, I noticed that there were numerous suppliers, making it difficult to know where to start.
They also could not set up a distribution network to sell their products. They discovered that real business success requires a lot of hard work, and they were unable to achieve it. That is why these crash course trips are sold to new buyers who want to start a business and import products. Here, no one shares key supplier information without expecting a commission.
Twenty years ago, we opened our first commercial vehicle truck parts factory in China. Decades later, being fortunate to keep growing, that same factory remains a cornerstone of our supply chain. Recently, we built a new $5.6 million truck parts factory and now own several more factories in China. We work with clients in more than 30 countries and invest heavily in China, Australia, and the USA. Last year, we decided to cancel a new Vietnam factory expansion, finding the local workforce lacked the necessary English proficiency.
Currently, we are now evaluating Europe or Malaysia for our next major expansion outside China. Many manufacturers throughout China actively seek our counsel, drawn by our proven experience. We have the resources to build and support a large distribution network. This year, we launched a new company to propel Chinese suppliers into overseas expansion and global markets. Our vision and expertise extends far beyond truck parts.
Nearly a decade ago, we established The Hair Extensions Club, collaborating with local partners to provide high quality products and services. We own our sales offices in China, a critical asset that signals our deep, permanent commitment to excellence. For distant clients, this clarifies the true landscape of power players in the local markets. We are the best of both worlds, mastering foreign cultures, markets, and trends. This insight comes directly from our U.S. leadership, who forged over 22 years of deep engagement with China. In 2006, he established his own factory in China, producing sophisticated goods for global markets.
In the latest factory that has just been built, he was given his own area on the second floor. He is a full partner and currently is the acting Vice President. As a full partner, he will head up an independent team of engineers designing new products that we can eventually manufacture and bring to the market.. For the past 2 years, he has had to hire over 100 engineers to work on a new product that he plans to manufacture. Read his biography to understand the depth of his expertise. Rest assured, we are committed to staying and continuing to grow your business.
The original prices are set to Renminbi (RMB). When you look at the chart, you will see the U.S. Dollar (USD) price alongside the Renminbi price. Since the U.S. Dollar is constantly changing, you must go by the Renminbi price—as the U.S. Dollar price alongside it was computed at the date of publication of this content. So look at it simply as a reference only.
Once you have selected the hair extensions you’d like, just add the total Renminbi, go to the exchange rate site www.xe.com, and convert the Renminbi to U.S. Dollars. This will indicate the total price in U.S. Dollars according to the current exchange rate. Oh, and yes, we offer a complete range of hair types, with a curated selection shown here. Exclusive access to our full range is reserved for our wholesale partners and serious buyers. Remember, direct retail orders for personal use are also available.
No. You can order just something for yourself, like 3 bundles and a closure.
Yes, but these products are only available to people ordering in bulk and running a business, not just to order bundles for personal use.
As you may already know, the product is in China and will take about 10 days to reach you. Theoretically, this means you can only comfortably receive one order per month. To create a secure and efficient supply chain for our partners, we’ve built a structured cycle.
For a $100 fee, you gain access to a 60-day cycle. Within this period, you can place two orders within a 60-day period. When you’re ready to restock or even just order hair for personal use, you simply purchase another 60-day cycle. period. There is no long-term commitment, so after the 60 days, you don’t owe us anything. This is a great solution for someone ordering for themselves. Now you can order the best quality hair for less than what you would pay for low-quality hair in your market. Once you do this, it will be a long time before you need to reorder again, since you are working with high-quality hair extensions. Remember, quality hair extensions keep you spending money all the time.
For those looking to do this as a business, if you have read all the content above, we have made our point. We are looking for serious people who are trying to manufacture and develop product lines. Of course, we can help you with other products, but right now we all have to start somewhere.
This isn’t just for us; it’s to ensure your supply chain is reliable and headache-free. We are manufacturers, and we respect all orders. However, processing small, frequent orders for three or four bundles is not an efficient way to run our business. The man-hours and resources wasted on these small orders are significant, especially while you profit from our low prices. The truth is, we don’t make anything unless we move volume. This structure forces us to organize, which allows us to offer these low prices. All you have to do to get this price is follow these simple rules.
For members seeking access to other products, such as different hair types, eyelashes, and beauty products, we can help. This structured approach is the first step. We are trying to build and do other things we will not disclose yet, but first, we need to get everyone on the same page. This will allow us to put a plan together to slowly regain market share and put you in a position to introduce new products. In short, you are paying for a secure pipeline with fewer headaches involved.
Whether you are a salon owner, a retail brand, a hair enthusiast, or an established distributor, we are here to partner with your success. Our team provides expert guidance on our product lines, wholesale pricing, and seamless global logistics.
